Maternal uncle booked for kidnapping, raping minor girl in Uttarakhand

Police arrested a 40-year-old man for allegedly kidnapping and raping his 13-year-old niece for 4-5 days. Cops rescued the survivor, a resident of Almora, from the accused’s house.
